English: About the apartment The apartment is located on the third floor (old building), is fully furnished and consists of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The floor plan is very efficient and ideally separates cooking, living and sleeping/working areas. The balcony with lounge area invites you to relax. Living room Cozy living area with a very large couch, 42-inch smart TV (including Fire TV Stick), and a workspace with a desk and two 27-inch monitors. All standard connections for your own laptop/PC are available: HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C. Bedroom/study Large, comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe, and another large desk with two 32-inch monitors. HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C cables are also already connected here. Duvet and pillows (without covers) are provided. There are additional wool blankets so that you can make yourself comfortable on the balcony even in winter. The room faces the quiet backyard (no street noise) and has opaque curtains and blackout blinds.
