1 room apartment of 75m² in Berlin

English: Hi, I'm Janina and I'm renting out my flat in Berlin for six months. The start date is 1 October 2025 and the end date is 30 March 2026. I'm looking for a subtenant who is clean and conscientious. Otherwise, I'm very easy-going and just want you to have a good time. You will have two rooms and will need to get a sofa bed.
