Looking for a roommate, preferably a student. All included in the price: internet, TV, heating, municipal taxes, and hot water / total price 6,000 NOK.The apartment is 6 km from NBU University and only a 5-minute walk to the city center. The bus stop and supermarket are just 2 minutes away.It’s a quiet area surrounded by families with children, so late-night parties or drinking may not be suitable. Please ask for permission or inform me in advance if needed.There is a shared garden, terrace, toilet, sink, and kitchen. Everything except personal items is for common use.The room is 4 m², located near the entrance, with a wardrobe and an optional double bed.
