The fully furnished apartment is located in Dresden’s inner old town at Postplatz and, despite its central location, is very quiet. It offers 75 sqm of bright, well-maintained living space on the 4th floor. The apartment is rented including all furniture. A security deposit is required, as the furnishings are of high value to me. I am looking for a reliable and respectful subtenant for a temporary stay. Trotz zentraler Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und bietet auf 75 m² ein helles, gepflegtes und komfortables Wohnambiente im 4. Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung wird inklusive hochwertiger Möbel überlassen. Eine Kaution ist erforderlich, da mir das Inventar besonders wichtig ist. Gesucht wird ein zuverlässiger und sorgfältiger Untermieter für einen temporären Aufenthalt.
