1 room of 13m² in London

Having taken the decision to rent out a bedroom as one of my sons is now permanently living abroad, I have redecorated his room to create a lovely cosy bedroom in our well loved family home in West Norwood. It is a single room with a small double bed. You would be living with myself and my 17 year old daughter and have use of all the living areas, kitchen and shared bathroom and garden. Also use of a bike shed. It is a 10 minute walk to West Norwood station with direct fast trains to both Victoria and London Bridge or a 20-30 minute bus ride to Clapham Common where you can jump on the Northern line West Norwood is a wonderfully leafy neighbourhood, near to good transport links and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby in West Norwood and Streatham and a short stroll to Streatham Common.
