1 room apartment of 45m² in London

Hi! We’re Ellen and Jack 👋 Our lovely home is available for the month of December - perfect if you’re between places, in London short-term, or just fancy spending the festive season in this brilliant part of the city. We usually live here ourselves, so it’s a proper home rather than a blank rental. We’re very happy to arrange viewings before you decide, and if you need anything specific (extra bedding, workspace, etc.), just let us know - we’ll do our best to help. We’re heading off to travel in December (dream come true!), so we’re looking for someone friendly and respectful to take care of our home while we’re away. About the area: Tooting is absolutely fantastic, there are more restaurants, cafés, and pubs within a 15-minute walk than you’ll have time to try! Tooting Broadway Station is just a 5-minute stroll, and Tooting Market is around the corner for food, drinks, and great evening vibes. About the flat: It’s bright, comfy, and full of character (you’ll notice a few photos of us dotted around, hope that’s okay!). There’s a cosy living room with a projector for movie nights, and a sweet little garden if the winter sun decides to make an appearance. We’d love to find someone who’ll enjoy the space as much as we do while we’re off adventuring between the 9th - 30th December
