2 rooms apartment of 75m² in Berlin

I sublet my apartment due to a long term stay abroad. It is furnished, comes with wifi (fiber) and everything else you need. 75qm, terrace, large windows, floor heating in all rooms, electric exterior blinds, dish washer, elevator. It's on the 1st floor, but the backyard is elevated, so you get to enjoy a terrace and some lawn, but no one is walking by your windows.
