1 room of 37m² in Mole Valley

We are located just off Dorking high street and 8 mins walk to train station. Shared bathroom and kitchen and use of own living room. No off road parking between 8am to 6pm so this would ideally suit someone who commutes by public transport or happy to pay for local car park out of these restricted hours. We hope you like dogs, ours is very friendly and well behaved. The bedroom is newly decorated and at back of house where it's nice an quiet, overlooking the garden. Single bed. Local amenities include sports centre with swimming pool, gym, cinema, shops, pubs, restaurants, and the wonderful Surrey Hills, including Denbies Vineyard. Single mother and 16 yo son live in the house. We're clean and tidy - looking for someone who will fit in with our routine. As I work from home, I am not looking for someone else who does. Mon to Fri rental (4 nights per week). 3 months stay ideally. 8 min walk to Dorking Main station (55 mins to London) and Dorking Deepdene station (direct to Gatwick). 10 min walk to Dorking West station. 2 mins walk to high street with local bus routes. Local amenities include swimming pool, gym, cinema, shops, pubs, restaurants, recreational park and the wonderful Surrey Hills, including Denbies Vineyard.
